We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Assistant Sales Representative to support our sales operations, engage with customers, and contribute to driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will assist with daily sales activities, administrative support, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sales activities, including attending to customers and attracting new clients to improve sales.
Drive sales by bringing in new customers and promoting products/services.
Handle cash lodgement for sales transactions.
Welcome and assist customers at the shop, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Inform customers about promotions and encourage purchases.
Ensure proper product display for visibility and appeal.
Conduct periodic stock inventory checks.
Assist in loading and offloading goods as needed.
Help set up the shop for daily operations.
Provide administrative support to the sales department.
Prepare and organize sales-related documents, including invoices.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervision.
Basic organizational and administrative skills.
Must be proactive, sales-driven, and customer-focused.
