Assistant Sales Manager at ESOSA Food System

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:

• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and generate reports for management review.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities for bread products.

Team Supervision:

• Coordinate and supervise sales representatives and ensure they meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Provide training and mentoring to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns to boost sales.
• Inventory and Logistics Coordination:
• Work with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of bread products to customers.
• Monitor stock levels and recommend production adjustments based on demand.

Reporting:

• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, including performance analysis and recommendations.
• Support the Sales Manager in forecasting sales and setting achievable goals.
