    Assistant Project Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across various departments. The successful candidate will assist in managing timelines, resources, and communications to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    • Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
    • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure timely resolution.
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
    • Attend project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
    • Liaise with team members and clients to gather requirements and clarify project details.
    • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
    • Support procurement and logistics processes related to project execution.
    • Perform other administrative or support duties as required by the Project Manager.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5–7 years of proven experience in a project coordination or assistant project management role.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
    • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
