Objective / Purpose of Job

• Responsible for coordinating different teams, and to assist Plant Head in ensuring smooth plant operations i.e., production process, Packing Storage, Dispatches etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Generate timely production reports in coordination with production and warehouse team and reports the same to Plant Manager.
• Monitoring and tracking of packing materials.
• Minimize losses of paddy/rice during loading/offloading and storage.
• Supervise paddy movement and stock transfer (paddy and finish good warehouse).
• To supervise and coordinate with different processing section for smooth plant running and optimum production.
• To ensure packing as per SKU’s as per sales demand.
• To assist and suggest Plant Manager in all matters of concerns relating to the production and warehousing section.
• To ensure efficient use of men and material.
• Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
• Minimize losses of packing material during packing and loading.
• Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization.
• Work with managers to implement Company’s polices and goals.
• Ensure follow up GMP in all process & packing area.
• Coordination of all internal and external audits.
• Daily reconciliation of packing material and reporting.

Reporting Relationships

• Reports to: Plant Head    
• Supervises: Warehouse In Charge/Packing Supervisors

Internally Relates with:

• QA, Stores, Procurement, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain, HR/Admin, Finance & Accounts, HSE

Externally Relates with:

• Regulatory Agencies

Requirements
Education/Knowledge, Skills, Attributes, Experience & Other:

• B.Eng / B.Sc in Engineering or Business Management discipline from a reputable University.
• Strong team working skills with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects.
• Computer literacy and IT skill/Power Point presentation as well as good knowledge of SAP.
• A high level of attention to detail; Process & Procedure implementation Skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills.
• Preferably worked in Agro-processing plant with special attention to production and warehousing roles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in similar position.

• Will work unbound by working hours, should be willing to work in remote location.
