Job Summary

• If so, NatnudO Foods, a leading frozen chicken producer, is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Assistant Production Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Production Activities: Oversee the entire chicken processing and packaging operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Production Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the Production Manager to plan daily slaughtering schedules, monitor cold chain conditions, and optimize production output.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all production processes adhere to food safety regulations, hygiene practices, and company SOPs.
• Team Management & Training: Supervise production staff, provide on-the-job training, and enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during operations.
• Process Optimization: Work closely with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve yield percentages.
• Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
• Audit & Regulatory Compliance: Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Production Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in food production management, with a focus on poultry processing
• Extensive knowledge of abattoir operations for chicken production
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in managing production teams and ensuring process efficiency.
