Role Overview:

As an Assistant Photographer and Videographer, you will support our lead photographers and videographers in creating high-quality visual content for our fashion collections. This role involves assisting in photoshoots and video shoots, managing equipment, and contributing to the creative process. You will have the opportunity to work closely with fashion models, stylists, and designers, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead photographers and videographers in setting up and executing fashion shoots, including managing lighting, camera equipment, and props.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos that align with the brand’s aesthetic and campaign objectives.
• Prepare and organize shooting locations, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and that the set is ready for action.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos as needed, following the brand’s guidelines and creative direction.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for shoots and video projects.
• Maintain and manage photographic and video equipment, ensuring proper storage, cleanliness, and upkeep.
• Help with administrative tasks related to shoots, such as scheduling, coordinating with models and stylists, and keeping track of assets.
• Stay current with fashion industry trends, photographic techniques, and video production tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience or strong portfolio in photography and videography, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in photography and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Basic understanding of camera equipment, lighting setups, and video production techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for fashion and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends or evenings, as required by shoot schedules.
• A degree or diploma in Photography, Film Production, or a related field is a plus.
