    Assistant Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Support the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
    • Supervise staff activities, provide guidance, and assist in resolving workplace issues.
    • Help plan and implement operational strategies to meet business goals.
    • Monitor employee performance and assist with training and development initiatives.
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
    • Assist with inventory control, budgeting, and financial reporting tasks.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
    • Act as the manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Must reside within the axis of ago palace way, lagos state.
