Create and update maintenance concepts to achieve production objectives and to maintain Licence to Operate.
Support in failure analyses and improvement processes.
Advising on modifications and CAPEX projects.
Job Responsibilities
Creates and updates the maintenance objective structure and links BOM on SAP-PM
Responsible for creating and updating maintenance concepts in SAP-PM, including detailed work instructions.
Responsible for functional design and management of Maintenance Management System
Responsible to keep the Maintenance FUPlans up to date
Supports and advises team lead maintenance and engineering
Initiates, coordinates and monitors smaller improvement projects (modifications)
Assesses requests for modification of drawings and documentation (MOC) and perform changes
Makes sure, in case of CAPEX projects, all relevant information is handed over, from project to maintenance department, according to standard (preventive maintenance plans, object structure, documentation, spare parts list) and are uploaded on SAP-PM.
Adjusts risk matrix with production and updates it periodically
Participates as a departmental specialist in RCA meetings and, if necessary performs further analysis.
Coaching colleagues in RCA (e.g. 5W) and work order registration after execution
Decides on spare parts to keep on stock and define min/max parameters.
Optimize spare parts inventory, cost vs availability as well as standardization of components in consultation with Reliability Engineer
Advises the Plant Maintenance Manager & Support on setting maintenance budgets
Advises on maintenance contracts and SLAs. Coordinate with procurement on desired Quality of Service
Maintains close contact to suppliers to monitor New Designs and trends
Requirements
Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Mechnaical/Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years experience as Engineer in Yoghurt production process
Safety awareness

Substantiate improvement measures and present them convincingly
