Optimist Media Group is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Graphics Designer. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
Assist in the development and execution of design concepts, layouts, and artwork.
Support in the production of marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for projects.
Help maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Education + Experience
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Prior experience (1-2 years) in graphic design or a related role is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
A portfolio showcasing previous design work and creative projects is required.
