Job summary

We are seeking a commercially-minded Assistant General Manager of Data Analytics to lead our data strategy with a dual focus: operational excellence and aggressive revenue optimization. This role is responsible for the integrity and analysis of our entire financial lifecycle—from rent collection and service charge modeling to debt recovery and yield forecasting.

You will lead a team tasked with transforming raw financial and building data into a "single source of truth" that drives both tenant satisfaction and investor returns.

Required Qualification

• Experience: 10+ years in data analytics, with significant experience in FinTech, Real Estate Finance, or Revenue Management.Technical Proficiency:
• Background in Econometrics or statistical modeling for rental market forecasting.
• Advanced SQL and experience with Financial BI modeling. Proficiency in integrating ERP data with visualization layers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop predictive models for rent collection and cash flow forecasting, identifying high-risk accounts before they fall into arrears.
2. Oversee the data frameworks for service charge budgeting and reconciliation, ensuring full transparency, and cost recovery.
3. Analyze market trends and internal occupancy data to recommend dynamic pricing strategies for new leases and renewals.
4. Partner with Finance to audit and automate the flow of data between property management systems and financial reporting tools.
5. Link facilities spending to service charge budgets, using data to identify where "preventative" maintenance can reduce "reactive" costs passed to tenant
