    Assistant Corporate Manager

    Job brief

    We are looking for a responsible Assistant Corporate Manager to help organize and run our agriculture venture and fill in for the Corporate Manager when needed. Your job will be highly important in ensuring the setting up and running of the various agriculture ventures and to meet its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Assistant Corporate Manager responsibilities include sourcing for business associates, closing partnership deals and making sure customers’ demands are met. You will also research competitive products and analyze consumer behavior to ensure our farms and food stores meets and exceeds client expectations.

    Our ideal candidate will have sales and marketing manager skills with a sharp business mindset. You should also be skilled at organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be very useful, since you’ll often be acting as a liaison between managers, employees and customers.

    Ultimately, the duties of the Assistant Corporate Manager are to make sure our farm and stores operate effectively, and that we keep our customers happy.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Corporate Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract partners or associates into the agriculture business.
    • Coordinate daily corporate marketing operations (e.g. sales processes, trainings and meetings)
    • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
    • Monitor and maintain the online food store inventory
    • Suggest sales training programs and techniques
    • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
    • Analyze partners behavior
    • Research emerging products and use information to update your strategy
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Assistant Corporate Manager with skills in sales and marketing or similar position
    • Experience with persuasive communication and performance evaluation
    • Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
    • Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
    • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
    • Leadership and organizational abilities
    • Interpersonal and communication skills
    • Problem-solving attitude
    • Flexibility to work in the field and office.
    • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
