Assistant Cook at Proforce Limited

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assit the Head Cook to prepare meal.
• Assist in going to the market to stock food items.
• Restock kitchen for subsequent meal preparation.
• Assit in preparing local and cotinential delicacies.
• knowledge of various cooking procedures and method (grilling, baking,boiling etc.)
• Strong knowledge on proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to stand in for the Head Cook where she is not available.

REQUIREMENTS:

• OND in Food Science and Technology or relevant qualification in Catering and Hotel Management.
• Basic knowledge on the use of computer (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
• Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Assistant Cook.
