Assistant Client Service Representative at Filmo Group

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain client records and documenting processes.
• Identify potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps.
• Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements.
• Direct client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with designers, PR and other professionals on large and smallscale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages).
• Ensure a positive and professional client service experience.
• Manage client inquiries via phone, email, online, or in person.
• Providing clients with technical assistance on products and services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in client services and copy writing.
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience with SEO
• Exceptional ability in providing professional, efficient, and friendly client services.
• Advanced ability to provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
