Assistant, Brand & Marketing, IAM at Stanbic IBTC

Job Description

• Support function for Advertising and Marketing Management for the IAM portfolio of Stanbic IBTC covering IAM entities including Asset Management, Insurance Brokers, Insurance (Life), Pensions and Trustees. To support in the delivery of real value to the IAM portfolio of Stanbic IBTC by executing against the given marketing and communication strategy and plan
• To support in the development of Brand and Marketing campaign and collateral
• To manage relevant stakeholder relationships effectively and efficiently 
• Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Brand and Marketing within the IAM Marketing team as well as the larger Marketing & Communications department

To support the IAM Marketing Manager in delivering the marketing strategy for IAM , specifically:

• Creating demand for IAM products across all communication channels
• Maintaining top of the mind awareness for all IAM products
• To take responsibility for specific marketing campaigns and projects as assigned – with a view to ensuring timely and effective completion against clearly defined objectives (and KPIs)
• Ensuring timely reporting across all entities for projects and ongoing BAU activities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• First degree, preferably in Marketing 
• Master's Degree in Marketing or professional certifications will be an added advantage

Minimum Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience is required
