Assistant Brand Manager at Renmoney

We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure consistent messaging and impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Execution – Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and preference.
• Digital Marketing & Content – Support content creation, social media engagement, and performance tracking to ensure brand consistency.
• Market & Consumer Insights – Analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Campaign Management – Work with agencies and internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Performance Tracking – Monitor key brand health metrics and optimize initiatives for impact.
• Partnerships & Activations – Identify and execute strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• 4+ years of brand marketing experience in fintech, banking, financial services, or managing a financial institution brand.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for building brands.
