Job Summary:

We are recruiting an enthusiastic Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in overseeing store operations, managing teams, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Location: Lekki Phase 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with managing daily operations and supervising team members
• Support in inventory control and stock management
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues
• Monitor employee performance and support training initiatives

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a supermarket
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working hours including weekends and holidays
