Asset Manager at Rosettee Construction

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementation of company policy and procedure to ensure objectivity and integrity.
• Excellence knowledge of data entry with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitoring to safeguard the company’s assets by following strictly laid down policy.
• Ensure that Asset records and reports are up-to-date.
• Generating weekly and monthly reports with prompt deliverables.
• Working in an office and making an occasional site visit.
• All other activities relating to the finance function.

HARD AND SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• Ability to make use of MS Office in an effective manner. I.e. Ms-Excel
• Strong analytical, communication and good presentation skill.
• Ethical behaviour.
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to work with little or no supervision.
• Be familiar with ERP/Accounting Software
• Must have 2-3 year experience as an Inventory officer.
