Asset Integrity Management (AIM) Engineer at Prime Spectrum Nigeria

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Asset Identification & Data Management: -Conduct physical verification, tagging (barcode/RFID), and documentation of equipment. -Ensure accuracy in SAP CMMS/ERP data for all functional locations and assets. -Develop and maintain asset registers, BOMs, and related documentation.
• Criticality Analysis & Risk Assessment: -Evaluate equipment based on operational criticality and failure risk using tools like FMEA and RBI. -Classify equipment based on risk (High, Medium, Low) and align with maintenance planning. 
• Maintenance & Inspection Strategy: -Design preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.  -Define task lists, frequency, and resource allocation based on asset risk. -Support compliance with industry standards like ISO 55000 and applicable regulatory bodies. 
• Optimization & Performance Monitoring: -Utilize KPIs (MTBF, MTTR) and benchmarking tools for performance analysis. -Implement workflow improvements and feedback loops to optimize maintenance effectiveness. 
• ERP/CMMS Data Integration: -Validate and upload asset and maintenance data to SAP using tools such as LSMW, LTMC, or Winshuttle. -Work with data analysts and ERP consultants to maintain data accuracy and completeness. 
• Pipeline Integrity Management:  -Conduct pipeline risk assessments, in-line inspections, and develop inspection plans. -Analyze CoF/PoF and ensure inspection schedules meet legal and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, etc.)  
• 5+yearsofexperience in asset integrity, maintenance, or reliability engineering.
• Proficient in CMMS/ERP systems (SAP PM Module preferred). - Strong knowledge of reliability tools (FMEA, RCM, RBI, etc.).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (NUPRC, NMDPRA). - Skilled in technical documentation and interpretation of P&IDs, PFDs, etc. - Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, or SAP reporting tools).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications in Asset Management (e.g., CMRP, IAM).
• Experience with digital tagging systems (barcode/RFID).
• Familiarity with maintenance planning tools and mobile solutions.
• Previous project experience with oil and gas firms or industrial sectors.
