Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Possess an excellent command of the English language and can articulate observations clearly and descriptively.
• Have a keen eye for detail and a talent for providing accurate evaluations.
• Understand how organizations operate and deliver value across various functional areas.
• Can conduct structured interviews and evaluate simulation exercises, such as role plays and group discussions, to gather valuable insights on candidates.
• Are skilled in evaluating competencies against well-defined standards and providing structured feedback to both candidates and stakeholders.
• Have a flexible schedule available from Monday to Saturday.
• Experience and exposure in conducting interviews is an advantage.
