Job Functions

• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
• Supervising, Management of Retail Team (Van Sales)
• Managing budgets, targets and achievement
• Plan sales strategy to increase reach an sales, execution of the same
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Overseeing pricing, accounts and stock control
• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• Preparing promotional materials and displays
• Liaising with head office

Job Requirements

• Must have experience of leading Retail Network/chain team
• Applicant must not be above 35 years
