Job Description
A renowned FMCG Company requires young, resourceful and agile Retail Project Manager for her sales operations in Lagos.

Job Functions
- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
- Supervising, Management of Retail Team (Van Sales)
- Managing budgets, targets and achievement
- Plan sales strategy to increase reach an sales, execution of the same
- Maintaining statistical and financial records
- Overseeing pricing, accounts and stock control
- Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
- Preparing promotional materials and displays
- Liaising with head office
Job Requirements
- Must have experience of leading Retail Network/chain team
- Applicant must not be above 35 years
