Artists Relations Manager at Boomplay

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Artist Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with artists, aisisting on new song release and promotion. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the arts and entertainment industry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Artist Management:

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with artists.
• Oversee the planning and execution of artist-related projects, including album releases, tours, and promotional events.
• Ensure that all project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Regularly communicate with artists to provide updates on their projects and gather feedback.

Contract Negotiation and Compliance:

• Assist in negotiating and drafting contracts with artists and third-party vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and industry regulations.

Event Planning and Coordination:

• Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Coordinate with artists, agents, and managers to secure performances and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with venue staff, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the event are well-coordinated.
• Manage and oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts Management, Music, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in artist relationship management, talent representation, or a related role in the arts and entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing artist relationships.
• Experience in project management and coordination.
