    Artificial Lift Field Specialist

    The Artificial Lift Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers. The Artificial Lift Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Artificial Lift equipment and tools preparation
    • Participate in pre-job readiness activities including but not limited to CWOP, Site Visits, job briefs etc
    • Supervise field installation of Artificial Lift equipment
    • Setup and commissioning of Variable speed drives (VSD)
    • Troubleshooting and repair of surface equipment
    • Accurate capture of field data ensuring job deliverables are delivered on time.
    • On-the-job training of team members
    • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
    • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
    • Participate in service quality reviews with stakeholders and improve performance using action plans.
    • Participate in and observe HSE policies and quality initiatives.
    • Maintain the required safety and technical training.

    Exposures & Experiences:

    • Diploma or Degree in a Technical, Engineering, or related field.
    • 5-10yrs experience in Artificial lift operations including field installations, commissioning and troubleshooting of ESPs, ESPCPs, HPS & VSDs
    • Experience in providing innovative and adaptive technical solutions and support to customers.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
    • Strong communication skills and team player mentality.
    • Adaptability in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
