Art Gallery Business Manager at Hourglass Gallery

We are looking to hire an experienced business manager for art and art framing company -  an assertive female who is smart, professional, and can work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Administration: Ensure the department works smoothly, job processes are followed through and tasks are completed.
• Manage external suppliers. Ensure performance standards and payments.
• Client management: Deal with clients, raise invoices, and ensure work is done and payments are made.
• Inventory Management: Ensure inventory is properly monitored and replaced appropriately.
