Art Director at Renmoney

Renmoney is on the lookout for a talented and visionary Art Director to lead our creative team in developing compelling and innovative visual designs that elevate our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, design principles, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all visual aspects of branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment with business goals.
• Develop and execute the overall visual strategy across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
• Guide and mentor a team of designers, providing direction and feedback on projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design techniques to incorporate innovative ideas into designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
• Present concepts and designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an Art Director or in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or tech industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think critically and creatively under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of current design trends and cultural insights.
