Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for an Art Director located in Lagos, with a combination of in-office and remote work flexibility.
• The Art Director will lead creative projects, overseeing branding, design, and art direction processes from concept to final execution.
• Responsibilities include providing strategic creative direction, managing design teams, ensuring cohesive brand identity, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to produce visually compelling deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Art Direction, ensuring expertise in guiding creative projects to completion
• Strong skills and experience in Branding strategy and implementation
• Competence in Graphics and Motion Design, including working knowledge of design software and tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Experience in managing creative teams and working on diverse design projects
• Background in working with creative agencies or similar environments is an advantage
