As the Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth, manage distributor and customer relationships, and oversee sales operations within assigned territories for frozen and chilled food products.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets
Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities within assigned territories
Supervise field sales activities and ensure effective route-to-market execution
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and support expansion initiatives within the region.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum of 4 years experience in FMCG sales, preferably within frozen or chilled food distribution
Industry experience in frozen/chilled food distribution is mandatory
Strong knowledge of sales operations, distributor management, and market expansion strategies.
