- Proven experience in the drinks/beverages industry (mandatory)
- Solid knowledge of the FMCG sales environment
- Strong leadership and distributor management skills
- High energy, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for sales

- Drive regional sales growth and meet volume targets
- Lead and coach a results-driven field sales team
- Build strong distributor and retail networks
- Implement aggressive go-to-market strategies
