Responsibilities
- Motivating the sales force involved in sales functions by initiating incentive schemes aimed at rewarding hardwork.
- Providing feedback on market development
- Solicit and attract Government/Institutional Sales and tender business
- Ensure that orders placed are duly paid for before delivery
- Maintain good relationship with customers and relevant bodies to ensure the company's maximum sales potential is realised in the area.
