    Architectural Designer

    Responsiblities

    • Design Development: Once a design concept is chosen, architectural designers refine and develop it further.
    • They create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
    • Factors such as functionality, aesthetics, building codes, and sustainability principles are considered during this phase.
    • Technical Detailing: Architectural designers are responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and specifications that communicate the design intent to contractors and builders.
