- Job Field Building and Construction
- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
Responsibilities:
- Building design conceptualization
- Production of presentation and working drawings for approval
- Reproduction of as-built drawings according to existing measurements
- Site supervision
- Contract administration and all other related tasks
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio to prove architectural skills
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Excellent Technical skills
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Communication and project management skills
