Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Architect with proven project management experience to lead and oversee architectural design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, plans, and detailed construction drawings.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from conception to delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation as required.
• Manage project resources efficiently, mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure projects adhere to company quality standards, safety guidelines, and timelines.
• Liaise with government agencies for permits and ensure adherence to local building codes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• A minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in architecture and project management.
• Professional certification is an added advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
