We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect specializing in land measurement and reporting to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accurately measuring land, conducting surveys, and preparing detailed reports.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex data effectively.
As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of land measurements and reports for a variety of projects.
Responsibilities
Conduct land surveys and measurements using advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information.
Prepare detailed reports documenting survey findings, including maps, diagrams, and written descriptions.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate survey data into architectural designs and plans.
Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather additional data as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing land measurement and surveying.
Provide expert guidance and support to junior team members on land measurement and reporting best practices.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and methodologies in land surveying and integrate them into our practices where appropriate.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities regarding land measurement and reporting matters.
Participate in project meetings, presentations, and discussions to provide expertise on land measurement and reporting issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in land measurement and reporting, with a strong understanding of surveying techniques and methodologies
Familiarity with surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners is preferred.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and GIS tools for data analysis and mapping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as needed.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing land measurement and surveying practices.
