General Responsibility

• The Architect will be responsible for producing creative and functional architectural designs, ensuring the quality and compliance of our construction processes and final deliverables.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, construction and quality assurance/quality control processes.

Responsibilities
Other responsibilities include:

• Produce creative and functional designs, plans and specifications to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the project team including engineers, contractors and clients to establish quality objectives and metrics.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to verify compliance with designs specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and address quality-related issues in a timely manner, working closely with project stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
• Participate in project meetings, providing input and recommendations to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Ensure adherence of sites to program of work timelines.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Master's Degrees with 6+ years relevant work experience.
