Job Details

• Create building / interior designs as well as highly detailed drawings using specialized computer – aided design (CAD).
• Work closely with other building construction professionals such as building engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologist in ensuring client’s expectations are met.
•  Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
• Specify clear requirement for projects through detailed and error-free designs.
• Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problem that may arise during construction.
• Take client’s briefs, prepare drawings according to specification and see to the general coordination of projects from start to finish.
• Get feedbacks on provided services and resolve client’s complaint.
• Ensure quality of all designs, drawings and projects.
• Adhere to line manager’s instruction and directives on every design and drawings.
• Have an innovative mindset that continually seeks improvement, growth and development of the department.

Job Specification & Requirements

• MSc/BSc. Architecture from a reputable institution, Revit, Sketch Up and Blender proficiency.

 Other Requirements:

• Interpersonal relationship building
• Effective communication skills
• General knowledge of building regulations
• Ability to meet deadline.
