Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Architect to join its growing team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping architectural projects, handling core responsibilities such as managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budgets, construction documents, and managing project teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute architectural projects while meeting design standards and client requirements.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, proactively addressing challenges.
• Consistently pursue high-quality, innovative, and functional design solutions.
• Create and present design proposals based on client needs.
• Conduct meetings with clients to identify and comprehend project requirements, providing advisory services and generating innovative ideas.
• Produce detailed blueprints, making necessary corrections and modifications.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure project success, quality control, and compliance.
• Communicate project specifications clearly within the team.
• Effectively manage project budgets for resource allocation and cost control.
• Ensure work aligns with architectural standards and industry best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and best practices in architecture.

Person Specification:

• Minimum of a first degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in practice
• Excellent Technical Drawing skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
