The Candidate is Responsible for designing and developing building projects, providing technical support on material use, and ensuring designs meet safety, functional, and regulatory standards. Works with project and sales teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural drawings and models to support client projects.
• Provide expert guidance on the selection and use of building materials.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams to deliver tailored solutions for customers.
• Ensure all designs comply with Nigerian building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
• Conduct site visits, installations, and client consultations when necessary.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and technical documents to support business growth.

Requirement   

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture.
• Minimum of 2–5 years’ relevant work experience in architecture, construction, or building materials industry.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of Nigerian construction regulations and sustainable practices is an advantage.
