Architect — Design & Project Lead at Kimberly’s Electric

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Identify the correct design lens for each project (residential or commercial)
• Break down projects psychologically, spatially, and operationally
• Translate abstract intent into spatial logic and execution
• Develop layered concepts, layouts, and technical drawings
• Coordinate consultants, vendors, and site teams
• Manage presentations, schedules, drawings, and site realities
• Protect design intent through execution
• Anticipate risks and misalignments early
• This role requires judgment and ownership, not supervision.

• Already thinks at an interior-architect / project-lead level
• Does not need to be taught fundamentals
• Understands space as psychological and situational
• Has strong taste backed by reasoning
• Takes initiative without waiting to be managed
• Is comfortable working directly with a founder
• Can align quickly and contribute meaningfully from day one
