Architect / Civil Engineer at the Stellar Workforce Solutions

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with Civil Engineering background and strong expertise in 3D drawing and design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring precision and adherence to technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, modify, and review 3D drawings and designs for various civil engineering projects.
• Collaborate with architects, construction teams, and project managers to ensure designs meet client requirements.
• Conduct site evaluations, surveys, and inspections to inform project designs.
• Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, structural, and environmental standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Utilize CAD software and other tools to create innovative, accurate, and efficient designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in civil engineering, including proficiency with 3D drawing and design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and codes.
• ⁠Must have experience in renovations
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
