Architect – Business Development Executive at Tytanic Engineering Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architectural firms, consultants and developers. 
• Promote KEIM Mineral Coating Systems and secure product specifications. 
• Conduct Continuing Professional Development (CPD) presentations and technical seminars. 
• Identify and pursue high-value project opportunities. 
• Prepare technical proposals and support project specifications. 
• Represent Tytanic Engineering at industry events and exhibitions. 

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (M.Arch.) in Architecture from a recognised university. 
• Minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) at undergraduate level; outstanding candidates with strong academic records will be given preference. 
• 3–5 years post-NYSC experience.
• Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) or registration with ARCON will be an added advantage. 

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent presentation and communication skills. 
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability. 
• Commercial awareness and business development mindset. 
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit is an advantage).
