Architect

Responsibilities
- Design and develop building plans and layouts that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Oversee the architectural integrity of projects from conception through construction.
- Collaborate with builders, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design, ideally in residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
