RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs in line with client briefs and project objectives.
• Prepare architectural drawin s, technical specifications, and construc ion documentation.
• Conduct site visits and evaluations to inform design decisions and ensure project feasibility.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submissions where required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Must be a licensed Architect.
• Ability to work on-site in Akure.
