Architect at Adekunle Ajayi and Company

Reports to: General Manager / Project Manager

The Architect designs and oversees construction projects for Adekunle Ajayi and Company, ensuring functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.

 Key Duties: 

• Develop architectural designs, blueprints, and 3D models for projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals during construction.
• Prepare cost estimates, timelines, and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and address design-related issues on-site.

 Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural design and project management experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Registration with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).

Proximity to Shiun / Abeokuta / Sagamu would be an added advantage
