Develop and execute all the relevant applicable SOP's.
To ensure process transactions are executed as per defined methods and communication system.
Implement the right process of product usage at customers site.
Also conduct trials of new or existing products and support the Sales Team to WIN business.
Designing the application SOP of the range of products.
To work on Technical support, Training and Food Safety audit as per Organizational Requirement and feedback of sales and marketing team.
Prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
Assess the various information tools, identify improvement opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures across the department in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor or a Master's Degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemical Engineering. Additional qualification on Food Safety/ ISO 22000 will be added advantage.
Experience: minimum of 5 years and maximum of 8 years would be needed in application support.
Requires extensive travelling within the territory of Nigeria / West Africa.
