Job Description

• Collaborating on software development projects with the engineering, pre-sales, and customer services departments.
• Liaising with clients and incorporating user-defined needs and feedback into application designs.
• Writing code and scripts for applications, as well as installing, configuring, customizing, maintaining, and testing applications.
• Providing internal and external clients with prompt technical support and training on the use of applications.
• Optimizing applications by integrating new technologies and performing routine upgrades.
• Contributing to pre-sales and sales presentations, as well asshowcasing all technical features and processes.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures, as well as improving code and re-designing tasks.
• Generating ideas for software innovation based on market trends.
• Documenting development/deployment processes, procedures, and application version histories.
• Keeping up with advancements in application engineering and new technologies.
• Analyze and edit existing computer applications to improve functionality
• Remodel and adapt applications as needed to optimize performance
• Connect with customers to analyze user experience and gain constructive feedback
• Customize specialized applications according to client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Extensive knowledge in various programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience in deploying, optimizing, testing and maintaining software.
• Familiarity with content management system such as WordPress, Joomla
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Adept and effective communicator
