Application Developer at Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited

Salary: 400k net

• Experience Required (Years): Experience in backend development, with a focus on IoT or real-time data processing 
• Degree/ Diploma Required: B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

Special Skills & Traits Required 

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C++ or Go and understanding of machine learning concepts  
• Experience with IoT protocols and standards such as MQTT, CoAP, HTTP and OPC UA 
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or Google Cloud IoT Core 
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes 
• Knowledge of deploying and managing AI models in production environments using DevOps principles 
• Familiarity with streaming data processing frameworks such as Apache Kafka or Apache Flink 
• Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL, for storing and querying IoT data 
• Solid foundation in software development practices, including data structures, algorithms, and system design
