- Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
Requirements
- Make a large number of calls informing clients about the company app
- Generate leads and users for the app
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction regarding the company app
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with users of the company app.
- Report customer complaints and recommendations about the app to management.
Skill And Core Competences
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Good interpersonal attributes.
