Responsibilities

• Verify all new sales within a period and compute recurring revenue accrued on existing account in deriving what is due to each salesperson as commission.
• Evaluate service partners performance and compute due incentives for pay out
• Compute sales incentives as requested by the Sales leadership team.
• Measure the collections on all due invoices and account receivable of managed accounts by support partners
• Provide scheduled and ad hoc reports for management decision making to give management team the ability to take decisions concerning business improvement and efficiency
• Prepare performance report on EBU Sale and customer support personnel for improved performance and guide against customer churn
• Evaluate the impact of various management proposals, provide decision support, and manage formal processes to proposal.
• Resolve all commission related issues that emanates from the frontlines
• Work with product, UAT and support teams to validate new products, new systems, and upgrades
• Produce regular monthly and ad hoc performance reports, recommending actions to enhance product positioning, sales, and profitability.

Requirements

• First Degree preferably in Social Sciences or another related field.
• A minimum of 1 year working experience in this field
• Proficiency in the usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in working with SQL and power BI as an added advantage
• Data Analytics Skills: High competence in analytics and problem solving. Strong talent for drawing up conclusions and recommendations from complex set of data.
