Ajo Collector at Liberty Assured

Responsibilities

• As an Ajo Collector, your primary responsibility will be to actively engage with potential savers in the Yaba area and its environs, encouraging them to participate in the AJÒ savings program.
• Your success will be measured by your ability to recruit a minimum of 40 savers who commit to saving at least N1000 per day.

Key Duties

• Identify and approach individuals in the designated area to promote the Ajo savings program.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of Ajo and assist potential savers in understanding the value of daily savings.
• Regularly follow up with existing savers to ensure consistent daily contributions.
• Provide information and support to savers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Achieve and exceed the monthly target of recruiting a minimum of 40 active savers.
• Collaborate with the Ajo team to report progress, on contribution daily.

Qualifications

• SSCE holders residing in Yaba or its environs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
