Dragnet Solutions Limited is seeking an AIEnablement & Agentic Automation Lead to help drive the practical adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organisation.
This role is focused on deploying AI assistants (“agents”) and intelligent automation that improve how our teams operate. The goal is not research, but real operational impact — using AI to streamline processes, support staff, and improve efficiency across the business.
The successful candidate will work across departments to identify opportunities where AI tools can deliver immediate value and lead the rapid deployment of AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to apply AI across Dragnet’s operations and internal workflows.
Design and deploy AI agents and intelligent automation that support business processes.
Improve operational efficiency by reducing repetitive manual work through AI tools.
Work with Software, Product, and Operations teams to integrate AI capabilities into platforms and workflows.
Establish responsible AI practices aligned with Dragnet’s governance and compliance standards.
Help build an internal understanding of how teams can effectively work with AI tools.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience deploying AI-powered solutions or AI agents in real business environments.
Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs), AI assistants, or intelligent automation systems.
Proven ability to move quickly from concept to deployed solution, delivering measurable improvements.
Experience integrating AI capabilities into operational workflows or enterprise systems.
Strong ability to translate emerging AI technologies into practical business applications.
