Job Summary:

We are an established agricultural company seeking to urgently recruit a qualified and experienced Agronomist to join our team.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum of 7 years professional experience in agronomy or related field.
2. Strong fieldwork background – must be comfortable and effective working directly on-site with farmers and agricultural teams.
3. Proven ability to represent the company in meetings with stakeholders including NGOs, government agencies, and partner organizations.
4. Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation of field reports.
5. Excellent report writing skills – able to compile and present findings and recommendations clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct on-site assessments and provide agronomic support to field operations.
2. Attend and contribute to meetings with key stakeholders.
3. Analyse agronomic data and provide actionable insights.
4. Prepare and submit high-quality reports on field activities, trials, and outcomes.
